Our Corporate Program

The Light-In-Up™ company introduces a structured workplace wellness program that helps employees build clarity, resilience, and focus.

How the Light-In-Up™ Workplace Wellness Program Works

  • The program begins with a live, in-person training for each participating department. Teams are introduced to the Light-In-Up™ method, experience the practice firsthand, and learn a shared language around clarity and resilience. Managers receive guidance on how to support and reinforce the process.

  • Over the next 30 days, employees integrate the practice into their daily routine through short, guided touchpoints. Daily practices, reflection prompts, and weekly team engagement help embed the method into real workdays, while managers receive simple scripts and check-ins to maintain alignment and momentum.

  • At the end of the activation period, teams come together for a closing gathering to reflect on progress, recognize leadership, and reinforce the method. This moment helps transform the experience from a program into an ongoing habit.

  • After activation, Light-In-Up™ continues to support the organization throughout the year with monthly challenges, manager resources, ongoing access to practices, optional newsletters, and follow-up consulting. A one-year gathering refreshes and strengthens long-term integration.

Employees develop practical tools to regulate stress, reframe challenges, strengthen emotional resilience, and improve focus—at work and beyond.

Organizations benefit from healthier teams, stronger culture, improved performance, and sustained well-being.

The Impact

Why Light-In-Up™ Works in the Workplace

Light-In-Up™ is designed to complement existing Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) by giving employees practical, self-guided tools they can use in real time. While EAPs support employees during moments of crisis, Light-In-Up™ strengthens everyday emotional regulation—helping prevent stress from escalating in the first place.

The result is a proactive culture of mental well-being rather than a reactive one.

  • Employees gain practical tools they can use immediately to regulate stress, reframe challenges, and maintain emotional balance throughout the day. The program offers a safe, non-clinical way to process challenges, build clarity and focus, and strengthen emotional resilience.

These skills extend beyond work, helping employees feel more grounded, confident, and capable in both their personal and professional lives.

  • Light-In-Up™ supports managers with structured, psychologically safe tools that reduce emotional escalation and conflict. Simple scripts and micro-practices make it easy to reinforce clarity and resilience during team meetings, without asking managers to “solve” emotional issues.

This shared framework helps teams stay focused, engaged, and connected—supporting morale, retention, and healthier communication.

  • By strengthening emotional regulation and clarity at the individual level, organizations benefit from:

    • Reduced burnout and absenteeism

    • Improved engagement and productivity

    • Stronger workplace culture and retention

    • Fewer crisis escalations

    • Better decision-making

    • More effective use of EAP resources

Light-In-Up™ shifts workplace wellness from a perk to a performance-support system with measurable outcomes.

  • One of the most powerful outcomes of Light-In-Up™ is the creation of a shared, non-stigmatizing language for mental and emotional well-being. Teams learn to recognize where they are, reframe perspective, and move toward clarity—together.

This strengthens trust, connection, and psychological safety across the organization.

  • Light-In-Up™ is practical, scalable, and easy to integrate. It is non-clinical, inclusive, and psychologically safe—aligned with EAP frameworks and grounded in organizational psychology and neuroscience, with a focus on both well-being and performance.
